Shipping & Delivery Policy
WhaLoop is a digital software service (SaaS) operated by Impact Marvel, Bhopal, India. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
1. Digital delivery
WhaLoop is delivered entirely online. When you create an account or upgrade to a paid plan, access to the relevant features is enabled in your WhaLoop account immediately after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. No physical product is shipped and no shipping charges apply.
2. Accessing your subscription
You use WhaLoop by logging in at app.whaloop.com with the mobile number you registered. Paid features unlock automatically once your subscription is active.
3. If access doesn't activate
If your plan doesn't unlock within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact us and we'll fix it quickly: support@whaloop.com.
