WhaLoop is a WhatsApp attribution and lead-quality product for businesses running Meta ads. You can start on a free plan and upgrade to a paid plan. Plans, pricing, and features are described on our website and may evolve as the product develops; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Paid plans are billed via Razorpay on the terms shown at checkout.
2. Using this site
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it, and don't submit anyone's details without their permission.
3. Information & communication
By creating an account you agree that we may contact you (including on WhatsApp and email) about onboarding, support, and product updates. You can opt out of marketing messages any time by replying or emailing us. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Estimates & illustrations
Any figures, dashboards, charts, calculators, or sample metrics shown on this site are illustrative and for explanation only. They are not promises of results. Actual outcomes depend on your ads, offers, and market.
5. Intellectual property
The WhaLoop name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Impact Marvel. Third-party names and logos (e.g. Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. No warranties
The site and product are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Marvel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
